2.1.2 How to add a contact to a specific workflow after a successful purchase
With Connector Wizard, you can automatically add a contact to a workflow inside your connected subaccount whenever they make a successful purchase in WooCommerce. This helps you streamline post-purchase automations like sending onboarding emails, upsells, or tagging contacts.
Step 1: Edit the Product
- Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Go to Products > All Products.
- Edit the product for which you want to configure workflows.
Step 2: Open Connector Wizard Settings
- Scroll down to the Product Data section.
- Click on the Connector Wizard tab from the left-hand menu (see screenshot).
Step 3: Set Up Your Workflow
- Click the “Add to workflow upon successful purchase” area.
- From the dropdown, select the workflow you want the contact to be added to.
- You can add multiple workflows here.
- Note: The dropdown values come directly from your connected subaccount, so you’ll see all available workflows there.
- Save your action.
Step 4: Save and Test
- Click Save to finalize your setup.
- Run a test purchase in WooCommerce.
- Verify that the contact is added to the correct workflow in your connected subaccount.
