2.1.5 Apply a common tag for each order

This feature automatically applies a selected tag to a contact whenever they place an order. You can then use this tag to trigger workflows and automate actions.

How to Set It Up

  1. Go to the Connector Wizard settings in your dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Apply a Common Tag for Each Order.
  3. Select the tag you want to apply for every order.
  4. Save your settings.
  5. Use this tag in workflows to automate actions like sending emails or adding additional tags.

Important Note

If this tag is used to trigger a workflow, make sure to remove it at some point within the workflow. Otherwise, the workflow will not trigger the next time the contact places another order. Removing the tag as part of a workflow action ensures it will work again.
