3.5 Enable Content Protection For Custom Post Types
The Enable Content Protection For Custom Post Types setting is a premium feature that allows you to extend content protection rules beyond standard WordPress pages and posts.
With this feature, you can choose which post types will support Content Protection. Once enabled, all the protection rules (login status, memberships, tags, and redirects) will be applied to the selected post types.
How It Works
- A list of available post types is displayed (e.g., Page, Post, Courses, Lessons, Quizzes, etc.).
 - Simply check the box next to the post types you want to protect.
 - After enabling, you’ll see the Content Protection options available in the sidebar metabox of those selected post types.

Example Use Cases
- Pages and Posts – Protect standard WordPress content like blog posts and landing pages.
 - Courses, Lessons, Quizzes (LearnDash) – Secure online course material so only enrolled or authorized members can access.
 - Custom Post Types – If your site uses custom structures (e.g., events, portfolios, or assignments), you can apply the same protection rules.

Important Notes
- Make sure to enable content protection only for the post types where it’s required, to keep your site optimized.
