3.4 What if people haven’t access to a page

Estimated reading: 1 minute 53 views

When a user tries to open a protected page but doesn’t meet the access requirements (such as login status, membership level, or required tags), they will not be able to see the content.

  • Default Redirect to a Page

You can set a default redirect page in your dashboard. If you do not specify a redirect link in the single page’s content protection settings, this default page will automatically be used.

  • Redirect to a Specific URL for a Specific Page

In the “No access redirect to” field in the sidebar metabox, you can enter a link to send users who don’t have permission.

    https://yoursite.com/upgrade-membership

Leave this blank if you don’t need to redirect users to a specific page other than the default redirect page.

This is useful for guiding users to a sales page, login page, or membership upgrade page. It also ensures your protected content remains secure while still offering a smooth path for visitors to log in, sign up, or upgrade their membership.
